Sourced from the Marcala region of La Paz, this coffee represents the collective effort of 1,500 dedicated grower-members from Café Organics Marcala. Cultivated at high altitudes between 1300 and 1700 meters in mineral-rich clay soil, the beans undergo a traditional fully washed process and are sun-dried to ensure a clean, consistent, and high-quality profile.

Roasted to a medium-dark level, this selection brings out a deep, syrupy sweetness and a robust body. The flavor profile is defined by rich notes of caramel and brown sugar, complemented by a subtle hint of warm spice on the finish. It is a hearty and comforting cup, making it an excellent choice for those who enjoy a bolder roast with a smooth, lingering sweetness.
