Sourced from the iconic Antigua region of Guatemala, this selection is grown in nutrient-dense volcanic loam by dedicated smallholder farmers. The high-altitude environment, ranging from 1200 to over 1600 meters, allows the Bourbon and Caturra varieties to develop a complex and well-structured profile. Each batch is fully washed and sun-dried to ensure the clean, bright acidity that has made Antigua famous among coffee connoisseurs.
This medium roast strikes a perfect balance between depth and vibrance. It opens with a rich foundation of dark chocolate and the creamy sweetness of butterscotch, which is beautifully lifted by notes of bright, jammy fruit. It is a sophisticated and full-flavored cup that remains exceptionally smooth from start to finish.
