Grown in mineral-rich volcanic loam at elevations up to 1445 meters, the Caturra and Catuai varieties are processed using an "eco-pulped" method. This sustainable approach uses significantly less water while allowing the beans to retain a hint of their natural sugars before being dried under the sun, resulting in a clean yet remarkably sweet cup.
