Sourced from the iconic hills of Medellin, this Colombian selection is produced by dedicated smallholder farmers in the Antioquia region. Grown in nutrient-rich volcanic loam at altitudes between 1300 and 1500 meters, this coffee features a classic blend of Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varieties. To ensure the highest quality in the region's humid climate, the beans are fully washed and then carefully dried in solar dryers, protecting the harvest from rain while preserving their vibrant flavor profile.
Roasted to a smooth medium, this cup offers a sophisticated and balanced drinking experience. You will find a rich foundation of indulgent chocolate, layered with the bright acidity of dried orange and a sweet, jammy hint of berry. It is an exceptionally clean and versatile coffee that perfectly represents the world-renowned tradition of Colombian specialty Arabica.
