Sourced from the renowned Fazenda Santa Barbara, Sao Francisco, and Santo Antonio estates, this Brazil Santos selection is a classic representation of South American specialty coffee. Grown in the nutrient-dense volcanic loam of the Parana and Sao Paulo regions, the Catuai and Mundo Novo varieties are processed using the "pulped natural" method. By removing the skin but allowing the beans to dry in the sun with the mucilage intact, the coffee develops a natural sweetness and a creamy body that is highly prized.
