Sourced from the high-altitude highlands of Kintamani, Bali Blue is a powerful and exotic selection produced by dedicated smallholder farmers. Grown in nutrient-rich volcanic loam at elevations up to 1600 meters, this coffee features a blend of Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties. The beans are meticulously hand-picked and undergo the traditional Indonesian wet-hulling process before being dried on raised beds, a method that imparts a unique depth and heavy body to the final cup.
Roasted to a bold medium-dark, this coffee is defined by its intense, syrupy sweetness and rustic complexity. You will experience a deep foundation of dark chocolate and rich molasses, rounded out by the warm, toasted notes of brown sugar. It is an exceptionally smooth, low-acid coffee that offers a lingering, decadent finish—perfect for those who enjoy a hearty and flavorful brew.
